Letchworth is not as big as Stevenage, and doesn't really have "areas" so much as Stevenage does.
The estates are called Jackmans, Lordship and the Grange. Everything else is just "letchworth" really. I suggest you look at a few places and drive around a bit. Letchworth is lovely so I am sure you will find something.
The other option, if you have a car, is the new Fairfield development between Letchworth and Arlsey. Some gorgeous (though expensive) flats in the old hospital.
