The Fox public house at Willian is buzzing. The bar has been transformed into a smart, friendly drinking area serving real ale and guest beers and the extended 65 seat dining area has had a smart makeover. A real treat is in store where both drinkers and diners are made to feel welcome by a young team.

This is the second venture for Cliff Nye, licensee, who lives in Willian and had an award winning restaurant and hotel in north Norfolk.

Says Cliff, ‘Willian is a picturesque village and is only half a mile from the A1M unction. I am excited about bringing the freshest fish and shellfish from north Norfolk to Hertfordshire and will be influenced by the success of my aware winning hotel in Norfolk and incorporate these ideas at The Fox.
