>I totally agree. What Letchworth needs is lower rent for the shops so that more individual retailers can afford them and short stay free car parking to encourage foot fall in the town. Simple really and so much less expensive than all the demolition and rebuilding of the town centre which will bring no new retailers in anyway. They just will not listen to the views of the local people so what can we do?!
